DISCOVER THE MCGILL CAMPUS AND MORE
Come to Viger Hall at the Palais des congrès de Montréal on Thursday, August 25, at 10:15 to participate in the mobile workshop
URBAN AGRICULTURE AND THE MAKING OF THE EDIBLE CAMPUS.
This workshop is included in the registration fee and no reservations are required.
Information: ksenia.kagner@mail.mcgill.ca
McGill's Minimum Cost Housing Group (MCHG) and Santropol Roulant will lead a full day workshop, which will focus on urban agriculture and community outreach. The collaboration between the two organizations has flourished into a project we call the Edible Campus. In order to understand the complete food cycle from growth to preparation and distribution, the workshop will take place on McGill Campus and at Santropol Roulant's headquarters in Montreal's lower Plateau neighborhood.
