Posters will be displayed from August 22 to 25 in the Exhibition Hall.
Posters are to remain on display for the entire period. Authors are not expected to remain near their poster during the entire opening hours but are encouraged to be there during coffee and lunch.
Exhibition Hours
Monday 6:00 to 7:30 pm
Tuesday to Thursday 9:30 am to 5 pm
Exhibition will be open to public on Thursday, August 25.
Services to poster presenters
Poster set-up is on Monday, August 22 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
All poster presenters (authors) are requested to put up their posters during that period. A poster set-up counter is located at the entrance of the Exhibition Hall. Poster boards are assigned by the Summit Management; please check at the poster set-up counter in order to verify the number of your assigned board. Mounting material for your poster is available.
Poster presenters will be allowed to remove their posters on Thursday, August 25, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Any material left in the Exhibition Hall after 8:00 pm will be discarded. The organizers will not be liable for uncollected or damaged posters.
